Foundation Lumiere et Vie empowers youth and ethnic minorities by assisting them to become involved and productive citizens through learning, civic education, counseling, cultural awareness training, and transition services conducive to self-sufficiency.  

We envision a world where people seeking better lives are recognized, supported, and treated with justice.
